Always a comfortable stay when we drop off our daughter to Cal Poly Pomona. Customer service is always friendly and accommodating to our needs. The rooms are always clean and smells fresh.

Housekeeping did not have our room ready when we returned at 4pm. We left the room at 8:00 in the morning. Front desk staff was great when we checked in and when we checked out. The staff was well trained, gave us water and warm cookies upon arrival. Parking spaces were not wide enough for a regular size car.

Love this hotel. My issues are always breakfast. 1. Eggs always over cooked 2. Potatoes are not breakfast potatoes, at all. 3. For those of us that stay regularly for multiple days, providing some simple variety would be nice. Staff is great tho!

Front Desk staff EXTREMELY poor customer service skills. A simple "Good morning " when eye contact was made and blatantly ignored and NO response given, this is 2 days in a row!! I don't even know if they have teeth because they never cracked a smile 😐
