Will not return!

Spent 3 nights, 2 of those nights, police present! Lot's of pot smoking. Not family orientated. Facility is very old and run down. Would not recommend or return. Not too mention $500 for 3 nights.

They didn’t tell me that they were gonna charge for parking and it did not say on Expedia there would be extra charges. I just noticed it on my account two days later. It literally says nothing on Expedia that there’s a parking charge eight dollars per car per night and that they never told me when I was in the lobby getting my keys to the room and signing the paperwork that there’s an extra fee for parking I never once said that. If I would’ve known, I would’ve parked across the street and walked over. Rooms are definitely not worth the price. They’re dirty and not updated. I also asked for a patio room with access to the garden for my dog special request and they denied it.

Great stay, large rooms. The property is dated but everything works and is in good condition. It’s on a bay so nice water views from the suites balcony. For the cost this is an incredible value. I will stay here again.

Misleading photos.

The pictures of the hotel and the current state of the hotel do no justice. Management needs to update their pictures t show current state of hotel. Did not even complete check in. Had to book another hotel in Long Beach.

One light didn't work, the other was unplugged. I had to plug it into an extension cord. Room, though recently painted (according to front desk) looked bad. No place to plug in my hairdryer or curling iron. The beds were propped up on wood to even out and balance. Sitting on bed made squeaky noise. Mirror looked very worn out, old. The toilet was literally about only 1.5-2 tall, too low for my husband who just had knee surgery. We ended up leaving the property and renting a different hotel.

This hotel should be torn down. I don’t think it’s even possible to upgrade it because it is so bad. The bedding was clean but I shouldn’t even have to say that. I didn’t even want to walk on the carpet with bare feet.

Meh, needs work

Hotel pictures do not accurately depict this hotel. It is ran down, and not well cleaned. The pool area is the only nice part of the hotel. The carpets are stained, there was hair in the shower and the walls could use washed.
