Staff was very nice and accommodating, let us check in an hour early. Lobby smelled strongly of Pine Sol. Parking extremely limited. Road noise and trains all night. Flooring in the room was lifting and made noise when you walked on it.

Pros: Customer Service, the location to downtown Newhall, the theme decor to follow with Hart Park, and the complimentary coffee juice and continental breakfast, room was very clean and the cleaning staff very friendly. Cons: The bed was very squishy had to sleep in the middle; the bar area was quite desolate not too exciting. Overall I would definitely stay here again when I come to visit.

Room was super clean, bed very comfortable ( soft ) and the staff was great. Only negative is the noise from the street/train. Picking a room away from the street level or on upper floors may help. I was happy to see ear plugs were provided in the room:)

Very comfortable property for business and vacationing with comfortable rooms,wifi and great complimentary breakfast. Parking next to the hotel outside or the underground garage which has an entrance right into the main lobby. Evening offers a nice quite lounge on the 2nd.flr. for drinks or meeting , then it's an easy 5 minute walk to Main St.for a number of choices for dinner. One of the best stays for the money I have experienced for business travel in some time. It's worth the time to explore and consider this proposrty on your next road trip. Ask for AJ at the front desk if you check-in.

We only stayed two nights at this hotel but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel provides sheltered free car parking for guests which felt very safe and secure. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Conveniently the hotel is about 35 min from Griffith Park and the famous Griffith Observatory making it a great location to stay if you want to visit the tourist spots in LA. There is also a variety of restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel. I recommend “Smokehouse on Main” for great BBQ cuisine. The gym is open 24 hours and has dumbbells and a bench available as well as a cable machine. The usual cardio workout machines are also available.
