MOLD/Terrible customer service

Upon arrival I questioned the cleanliness of this hotel because of the odor. Because I got in so late I just opened the door to temporarily remedy that issue. I notified the front desk but nothing happened. I woke up the next morning in hope to get freshened up for the day just to find MOLD all over the bathroom. I again notified The front desk where they were again very dismissive. Offered absolutely no solution to the issue at all other than checking out early.

The front desk staff simply doesn't care about you, will not give a damn about you as the customer. Their airport shuttle but situation is a complete mess. If you wait at LAX, you will most definitely miss their bus because the brand or logo isn't on the vehicle!! Do not book here, you will regret it.
