Personal sumamente amables, diligentes, respetuosos y accesibles. Nos ofrecieron guardar nuestras maletas para poder irnos a otras areas de España. Cuarto cómodo, cama super cómoda, excelente aire acondicionado, variedad en desayuno. Ubicación cerca de Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor. Volveré sin duda. Gracias al personal por ser tan amables.

Our stay in this hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly. It was conveniently located to everything for us and very walkable. The hotel was very pleasant and we had a nice big room which makes it easy when you have so much luggage travelling from Australia.

Excellent small boutique hotel. Perfectly tucked away behind Gran Via so nice and quiet. Rooms were good size but on the smaller side however Excellent rates. Mini bar, fridge, desk and decent size bathroom. Staff made the place so comfortable.
