Really nice room, excellent air conditioning, and had superior room with balcony which was nice. Only complaint was smart TV that wouldn’t connect to YouTube, Netflix etc.

The property was very clean and quiet. The staff were professional and very helpful. The Hotel was central to everything plenty of restaurants in the area and tourists attractions also public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Madrid.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The people who work here are so kind and helpful, the area so so beautiful and central to everything you would want, the room was one of the nicest we have stayed at, and they even held our bags after check out to make our next trip run smoothly. An unexpected gem!

We had a lovely room overlooking the circle/fountain. There was a surprise bottle of Cave in our room on ice - very lovely touch. Bathroom very modern - room spacious and bed very comfortable.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was convenient, just a short distance from the metro and the airport. The amenities were nice, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The interior of the building created a cozy and safe atmosphere. I loved our experience and will definitely return!

Hotel needs routine maintenance. Wallpaper was separating from wall. Coffee stains where people have spilled down the wall. Carpets in the hallways were stained and in need of care. Housekeeping did a very good job in cleaning what was there, but the maintenance issues are clearly beyond their control. When we checked in, we were told that breakfast was included. When we went to breakfast the next morning we were charged $30. When I checked with the front desk, we were told that their colleague had made a mistake when she told us that we had breakfast included. Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected someone to help us with our luggage. That didn't happen. In fact, there was a very steep stairway from the lobby to the elevator. Not a great experience.
