A renovated "motor lodge" that was very nice inside with very efficient staff and a nice hot breakfast bar. The halls were relatively cold (I stayed there in January) and some of the HVAC stuff on he grounds was kind of unsightly but I was under the impression that real effort was being made to make the place / keep the place as nice as possible. Good room rate. Quiet area.

had to change rooms twice, once because the thermostat did not work (no heat), and second when the toilet got clogged and no maintenance people were available to fix it. It was a holiday but they should have had emergency staff.
