Excellent service from airport pick-up, arrival to check out. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well, hot water. Breakfast buffet has something for anyone. The only complaint would be regarding the doors. Every morning when people left the neighboring rooms the doors would slam close with a big bang waking everyone up from the deepest sleep. If some kind of soft close could be attached or rubber damping would greatly help to improve the total experience.

My family and I have visited Manila every year for the last three years and stayed at Dusit each time. I can say that the standards have been slipping. The rooms feel like they’re not as clean, the door of our hotel room was even missing a security arm bar for comfort, we asked for hand towels and never received them, and the bathrooms felt mildewy. We ordered room service on our last night and we thought that surely they wouldn’t be able to mess up a burger, but both our burgers were undercooked and bland. The most disappointing part was the breakfast buffet, which we raved about to all our friends and family the first year. After looking at all the options, I only was able to pick 1 or two items on my plate, since the rest looked unappetizing. We all said we would try a different hotel next trip. Sorry to say.

The staff at the Pantry and Housekeeping exceeded our expectations. Checked in was great however during our express checkout we waited for our bell boy to fetch our luggage it was the help of the cleaning supervisor Grace who offered to assist to bring down our luggages. The security were very strict with our pick up vehicle not allowing to wait for a bit for us to come down. No bell boy showed up. We have also received an email about pending charges in the Mini bar which we did not even consumed we were aware of the pricing. We purchased our snacks outside. So we hope to get a better stay next time. Thank you.

The room was great, food was good, hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Down sides - The bathroom sink only had (VERY) HOT water. No cold! We got to the breakfast buffet at 9 (1 hour before it closed) and there were MANY empty stations. Most everything that was supposed to be hot was cold including the coffee. We were quite disappointed in the breakfast buffet, especially for the high price!

Very nice hotel! We were a bit shocked once we walked into it! We arrived about an hour before check-in and were able to get our room which was nice. Room was a nice size. Bathroom was a little small but fine. Hotel location was great. Right near metro line and malls. Lots of restaurants around too. Nice and clean/safe area.

I am sorry to have negative feedback. I feel the reception was not professional. When I checked in, she always called to someone. All the staff from front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, security were all so nice snd hospitable. I loved my room, it was spacious and clean. You can cross the street from this hotel and there is an SM which offers shopping and food. They provide a pitcher of filtered water. The Christmas ambiance was festive with an auto piano playing Christmas songs. The included bfast buffet was delicious with champorado, various kakanin, egg station, Indian food selection, and many more. The pool area was nice. A very good value for a hotel in the Makati area.
