The property has no clothes rack. Iron was broken and they must check first before giving to guest as wasting time calling them to replace. Such 5 star hotel must have smeg kettle and philipps brand of iron. Poor amenities.

Staff at the front desk, fab restaurant, housekeeping and the guest services and security were absolutely fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this hotel. I stayed with my family for 2 months and everyday the customer service of all the staff was excellent. I will definitely come back. I will miss the wonderful staff especially Topher from housekeeping and Mike from restaurant fab. The managers at the front desk were wonderful. I would also like to thank the guest services for always assisting us with the stroller. Thank you all so much

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Holiday Inn! I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn. The location was perfect — it offered easy access to nearby shopping areas and plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure guests felt welcome and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!
