The staff was nice, and the room was fine. My only problem is, the listing says it is 3km from the airport, which doesn't seem to be true, at least not by road. I had a flight at 7:20am, and my only choice of airport shuttle was to leave either at 6am (too late to check a bag) or at 5:15am (too early).

Rooms are nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are in need of a freshen up. Convenient location with the shuttle bus to and from the airport. Getting to the airport leaves on time, but getting picked up is a nightmare. We have been left there for nearly an hour on two occasions before; I’m not sure why? The receptionist on both occasions blamed “roadworks” of which we found not to be true. We again waited for 40 mins yesterday. If they can co-ordinate this system better, then I would recommend this place to stay along with when their prices are reasonable.

The best western airport pickup shuttle was a life saver, they run it 24/7. It was main reason for stay. The exterior grounds and landscapinh is pleasant, no rubbish or any eye sore in sight. Interior rooms clean and comfortable. Friendly crew
