Owner and reception staff were lovely and the room suited our needs (although a bit dated). Our main issue was staying over a weekend with our family and having adjoining rooms playing music and screaming in the halls until 3AM (at which point I got fed up and we called the reception number so they would tell them to shut it down). I’d previously asked two people in the hallways to please keep it down and at least go into the rooms which are a bit more soundproof but they were playing music into the hallway area and shouting at each other even at 2.30am. Location was convenient to the freeways and secure parking was a bonus but the area was quite dodgy (sketchy looking people drying towels and clothes off bushes in the middle of the day).

The staff were amazing tended to our every need no ask was too big for these guys. Had an issue with my husband's back injury and him being able to go up the stairs so they accommodated for me my husband and my daughter in a family room down stairs with no issue at all we are definitely staying with them again

The motel is going through renovations due to new management. The staff are great and were very transparent with what was happening. My room was great, the bed was amazing. My only issue was the shower head that needs replacing. I came to Melbourne to watch the footy and chose to stay north of the city, this motel was perfectly positioned fo me. Easy to get to!

The manager is lovely, saw us parked out front before our reservation time and came to check on us and see if we were meant to be there, informed us we could check in early and was extremely polite. The room is clean, has all the essentials, has a nice little view from the window and is easy to locate. We were anxious as we're a group of teen-young adult aged people and didnt know how we would be received, the manager didn't judge us at all and even reassured us of how safe the property is.
