First room heat didn’t work at all,would not come on. Front desk gave us second room. Parking was limited lots of construction trucks with trailers taking up 3 to 4 spots each. Front desk told us we could park at restaurant next door ol’ she was CB out of suggestions. Heat was working when we went to bed toasty warm woke up and room was cold as ice. Room was clean and modern. This stay was not typical of reviews on here. Also room phones do not work

room was very hot. Thermostat on wall did not work correctly. We set it for 70 but then it showed it was 77°. We turned off the unit completely and then it got cold in the night. neither of the occupants had a good night’s sleep. breakfast was 5 star . and check in clerk was very nice

Bathroom floor was not swept and mopped. Had dirt and hair along the tub to behind the door. Carpet had crumbs and not vacuumed. Wonderful kind customer service workers. Nice room size.

The property located on next to the highway. But not up to the mark of holiday inn. For example, due to Christmas Eve and Christmas, the staff were less and so the trash cans were not cleaned. There wasn’t no hot breakfast on Christmas Day. Bit it didn’t mention in the website when booking,

Complete water outage throughout Hotel and no remedy offered nor concern for when it would be on. Told that the outage was in the entire city which was a lie. Had to leave Hotel and seek other lodging in the city at an increased expense due to last minute booking. New Location had plenty water and in the same city! Impression was that the story was rehearsed leading one to believe this type of occurance was routine
