Check into my rooms which I had a minor problem. The lady at the front desk took care of the issue. She was very nice. She did her best to fix the issue in which she fixed it. Come here often I’ll be back soon.
The place was rude we ask for a manager and couldn't speak to one.. the room we had the ac didn't work...the next room they gave us the beds where nasty and pee on the refrigerator didnt work and they wouldn't let us get another room or speak to a manager...

Pros-The staff was great. The place was clean and quiet.The beds and pillows were comfortable. Cons -The heater/ac had an error code and did not work .The bathroom door did not close and the wood/veneer covering was split on both sides of the door .

The pillow cases had stains that had texture to them, liked dried crusty snot. The mattresses were extremely broken down and had dirt in the stitching, not only lint but dirt. The room smelled of mildew & the walls had mold on them. There was a floral chemical smell in the room as if the try to hide the mildew smell. I did not get a refund. Totally unsatisfied. Do not book this place.
The furniture looks like it just got pulled out of a dumpster the refrigerator was broke the bathroom is dim the shower is falling apart everything was dusty and there were spiderwebs 0/10 do not recommend😤👎👎
The front desk person gentleman was really nice. But I had to be moved 2 times. First time AC was not working. 2nd time there was a water leak in the ceiling. My room was cleaned when I requested. It had not been cleaned in days.
Dirty, had to change my room. The second room was still dirty. There was stains and hair everywhere in the first room. The second room was better than the first but not great. I didn’t pay attention to the Pool hrs till I was trying to get in at 8:30am and the hrs said 10-10. There was a family in there most of the time the day before so I wasn’t even able to get in the jacuzzi or anything. So I went to have breakfast. Biggest disappointment! They only had strawberry yogurt and it was expired and they barely had any breakfast! There was biscuits, gravy, and waffles. I wanted biscuits with honey they didn’t have any they had no jelly no peanut butter no nothing. No bagels that’s what I really wanted but I was gonna settle for what they had. No fruit no oatmeal just nothing. They only had orange juice and milk. The orange juice was pungent. It was not good. Horrible costumer service from the blue eyed blonde haired man. He was rude to my Fiancé and was inattentive to me. This was a learning experience. You get what you pay for!
