Absolutely horrible. My room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was an awful smell and an ant infestation. When I spoke with the front desk I was told that there wasn’t any other rooms available. However when I went online they had rooms available. Having to forfeit the money that I had already spent I left and went to another hotel. Never again!!!

The hotel was built in the 30s so one must remember that and basque in the history of the building. It has been renovated since then of course but rooms are typically smaller and the bathrooms are as well smaller. The location of the hotel is perfect. EVERYTHING is walkable and they even provide beach chairs/umbrellas/and towels if needed. They also provide bikes on a first come first serve basis. The only mild complaint we could have would be the music goes into well the night so if you are not a night person - it might affect your sleeping habits. We fortunately were not affected since we don’t sleep til late. We especially loved the bar downstairs. Spent a lot of time there. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The property was definitely dated. Our bathroom still had hair in it. There was a gas leak & we were awaken at 4am by the fire alarm & were on the sidewalk until after 5:30 am. I asked for a concession & they are crediting the $22.00 processing fee.
