It’s a nice boutique style hotel. Staff was polite. We had an issue with out bathroom toilet as soon as we settled into our room but they moved us to another room right away. We will come back.

The beacon hotel provided a very disappointing stay while we were in south beach. The hotel itself was in disrepair, paint peeling, stains, significant deferred maintenance. Our room was unacceptable, the faucets didn’t work, the bathroom had bad mold, the hot water took more than 10 minutes to come on. The front desk staff was very unwelcoming and disorganized. I want to recognize the bell boy, he was very helpful.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the wonderful receptionist at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly impressive. She handled the check-in process smoothly, answered all my questions patiently, and even offered helpful local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable.
