Was supposed to have early check in but wasnt available wheni arrived at 11:00am had yo wait until 4pm because the electricity was out. The electricity came back on and we checked in. Electricity went backnout at midnight. Was extremely hot and no accommodation was male for us. Checked out at n[n and went to another location! Very disappointed. Needless to say Miami was not a good experience because we had to take our luggage everywhere with us.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Power outage in Miami 100° weather and staff did nothing to accomodate the folks staying at the hotel. Refridgerators melted and flooded the rooms. My wife slipped and fell down a flight of stairs. No one looked to help her or see if she was ok. The air condition unit prior to the the power outage did not work and the walls of the bathroom were all cracked. After the power outage the smoke alarm kept going off for hours before someone came to fix. Not before 5 of the remaining guests came banging on my door wanting to choke me. Again worst experience ever do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

The red carpet going up to the second floor it's like 200 years old. it needs changing, the refrigerator in the room you ,we stated in king suite it was rust all over it.
