I have been staying at EB since it opened. They have not maintained the property. Parts of the room were broken and banged up. The front desk is slow and pretentious. The staff would rather be on their phone. I requested a 9am wake up call and they called at 9:37.

Shuttle pickup was horrific. Restaurant food was probably the worst I’ve had in any hotel restaurant. Chicken was like leather and the steak was flavourless. Room was super dusty; felt like it needed a good clean.

Tricks of the Trade

Overall, an excellent stay. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, parking was convenient, and the overall experience was very positive. However, one disappointing aspect was the breakfast service. An 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill, but the waitress failed to inform us of this. As a result, we unknowingly added an additional 20% tip, thinking no gratuity had been included. This lack of transparency left a sour note at the end of what was otherwise a great stay. It’s a small detail, but one that significantly impacts the guest experience.

This property was beautiful! The rooms were exquisite and exceeded my expectations. Customer service was friendly and fast. Our bed was broken when we broke in and they sent up maintenance within 5 minutes. When they couldnt fix the bed immediately they moved us to an upgraded, amazing suite! We were blown away by the speed and efficacy of service and the quality and value we got for our money. We will definitely stay here any time we come to Miami.

I loved staying here if you’re looking for a safe solo travel destination this is it! So nice and comfy. Oh and the snacks that come in the room, make sure you pick up the paperback behind it those snacks are NOT complimentary lol.

Very nice establishment. Very moderne and up to date. Beds are very comfy as they are sleep number beds. The pillows on the other hand are horrible, after the 1st night, I had to make a trip to Walmart and buy a pillow. Shower/bathroom area is very nice tile but the shower door seal didnt work well and I had to place a towel on the floor of the outside shower to control the water.
