location was very good. Apartment is very old and not clean at all. Old blood stain was found in the bathroom and the tub had signs of mold.

Check in was smooth for us because I had all info but the security staff were rude with no information. The shower had a trickle of pressure. No towels after first use we were required to wash our own. No washers and dryers required a cash card we had to get downstairs The lint traps were disgusting and half didn’t work Had to take our trash in grocery bags to o a trash room The pool was fantastic and heated and the pool bar was great The hallways had a bad odor Had to listen to a valet cuss a customer and his shirt said supervisor Uber drivers said the area of entry is unsafe due to how they do valet Pillows were flat Refrigerator was frozen Shelf for dishes leaned scared to put dishes back on Windows filthy Great views Beach access was good

The lobby looked nice, but the hallway to our room smelled of vomit and it lingered into our room, the rooms were dirty. Staff was subpar. Hotel restaurant closed an hour early and opened late (nowhere else to get food), service was terrible, food was mediocre at best.

Property is run down. Room smelled like malathion! Doorlock was unreliable but quickly fixed. Certain necessities were absent. Less a suite and more a room with a wetbar. Windows were screwed permanently closed. Good pool & pool bar. Valet is crowded but quick if you tip (which is expected and deserved).

our stay at Girasole Apartments was incredibly disappointing. The room was not only outdated but also poorly maintained. First day of our arrival when we opened the room door, we felt extremely strong chemical odor. It was very serious strong chemical smell. We are considering these conditions as health hazard. Staff is unresponsive and slow to address issues, service is discourteous and lack of helpfulness. No actual resception desk with help.

Not clean enough needs some repair bathroom door doesnt close .My bed had other poeples hair still on the sheets had to go buy some to use because we did felt like there where changed at all .3 sers of queen isnt cheap..But over all its a good place to stay dobto the location.

The girasole owned apartments are nice. The building owners and valet however was no good.

Es un porqueria no lo recomiendo, desde el front desk el tipo todo grocero hasta la limpieza del condominium

No room service. And was not informed about it until 2 days after arriving! I asked for clean towels and they told me to go wash my dirty towels. I called expidia and they couldn’t to anything .. so they got me half off the price (still pending) I week into my stay I asked for clean sheets and again they told me to go wash them but eventually they changed them!! Stay away!!’ Do not stay here! By the way security is rude beyond belief..
