A 3-star hotel trying to pose as a luxury hotel

A three-star hotel trying to pose as a luxury hotel. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good, albeit overpriced. The elevator situation is awkward. You have to take the elevator up to the 25th floor, then back down another elevator to get to the rooms. The elevator broke during my stay, which was inconvenient to say the least. There was trash left behind from a prior guest in my room. I didn't notice it right away because my flight was super delayed and I didn't check until 4am so I just passed out when I arrived. And three times I had insufficient hot water to shower. I was too tired to complain about any of it and really was just sleeping there. But I would never stay here again. There is a Marriott property close by where I would have been better off.

I enjoy the property, and have stayed before. Very convenient. If I had one critique is I came in one evening with a large number of items to carry to my room, I told valet I needed a luggage cart, not provided, I found one. As I passed the front desk all four people at the desk (no customers) said hello but not one asked if I need assistance. I was very surprised. In other hotels the staff has bent over backwards wanting to assist but not this one.

Hotel is interesting. You have to go up one set of elevators to the 25th floor. Before getting on another set to actually enter the hotel portion. Rooms are nice. Very clean but very small. More like a cruise ship size.
