Mattresses and pillows wasn’t good . Pool was cold and I was able to use only jacuzzi. Coffee machine makes awful coffee. On a positive side -the area is amazing , and we had a very beautiful view from our room

Spacious Comfort & Serenity at Hyatt Brickell

Loved my stay at the Hyatt Brickell! Spacious room and bathroom, a peaceful pool with a friendly bartender, and the perfect location away from the city chaos but still offering a beautiful view. Will definitely be back!

Bathroom havoc

Bathroom was in need of upgrades. Bathroom needs mats and NO TUB. Slipped and fell in tub. Huge bruise. Could have really injured myself. Do not recommend.

My stay was nice. I particularly like to mention the reps that checked me in and checked me out. Check in was great - I came off a cruise early that morning and had no where to go besides the hotel. They stored my bags while I went for a stroll and ate breakfast and ensured that my room was available to me as soon as possible; I really appreciated that. The bellman was also very nice as I had a few packages delivered. Guy at check out was nice but we asked for a cab (regular yellow cab) to the airport but he seemed to call his friend who does like a private service and he charged us USD 50 for the ride when a cab would have been less. Everything else was great.
