Luxury Hotel in Downtown Miami - Close to Car Rental Agencies, SuperMarkets and WaterFront - Only 20 minutes drive away from Miami Airport - Amazing Rooms (very large and upmarket) - Watch out for the Valet Parking Fee - a bit steep

Chambre spacieuse et agréable dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de balcon. Personnel d’accueil ne parlant pas français voire non plus l’espagnol pour certains et ne faisant aucun effort pour échanger ce qui est un vrai problème pour les clients ne parlant pas l’anglais!! Personnel très peu à l’écoute du client voire même contestant les demandes du client! Personnel du Valet Parking très désagréable pour ne pas dire agressif pour certains voire notamment certains responsables qui vous inventent un stationnement Valet Parking qui n’a jamais eu lieu...!! Très mécontant de cet accueil et de ces comportements. Merci tout de même à Julia.

Schickes Hotel mit Bayview

Familienfreundlich, tolles Fitnesscenter mit vielen modernen Geräten; sowohl für Cardio- als auch Krafttraining, beheizter Pool. Billard, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, ein Basketballcourt, virtuelles Bowling und Golf möglich. Uns hat unser dreitägiger Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
