Security Deposit / Damage Waiver: Before check-in, all guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500). Exclusions apply—see House Rules for details.

Pool Access

-The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

-There is no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays.

-Please note: pool hours and availability are managed by the building, not the host.



Façade Renovations & View Obstruction

-The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year

-Balconies are closed and cannot be used

-Views from the unit will be blocked

Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views

-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours

-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.

-The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.

-This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions.



Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). We also offer private nearby parking for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability (9 spots total).

The hosts were very responsive to our messages throughout our stay and made attempts to rectify issues, however despite maintenance entering the unit it was not fixed satisfactorily and the host failed to offer a partial refund for our inconvenience.The a/c could not be adjusted to be warmer from the control within the unit even after maintenance entered to inspect it. So the unit remained too cold for our infant son.The refrigerator and freezer were “off” upon our initial arrive and would spontaneously turn off during our stay, spoiling food we brought for our child with anaphylactic food allergies causing added expenses in the form of lost food and having to dine out, which is challenging when managing multiple food allergies.Overall, I cannot recommend this unit or host.

He had a great time and loved the view we enjoyed watching all the boats come and go as well as the huge cruise ships. The condo was in a great location, was the perfect size and had all that we needed. Check in was super easy and we will definitely come back again.

Amazing

Loved staying in this amazing condo. The layout, the decor, the views all amazing. The unit is well appointed you can feel comfortable having guest over , working in the unit or just relaxing. The location is also fantastic for working, shopping and rests. We were able to get to meetings, Starbucks and Brickell City Centre all with a 5 minute walk. I was so happy to have rented this unit after all my travels. Will stay again!!!

This condo was amazing! the views are unobstructed which makes one's experience of the Miami's water front a memorable stay. Great location with walkable distance to restaurants, groceries, shops and more. We will definately stay again. Highly recommend.

View and location are first class, but that is all.

Amazing view & location but would not recommend it for reasons below. Check In: Unlike typical VRBO or similar properties where we are provided access code in advance of arrival, we had to wait in a constantly very busy lobby for condo rep to escort us to our unit after going through check in & registration. It felt more like a hotel than a rental property. Parking: we had to pay $35/day cash to access parking two blocks away. Parking in front of building for drop off or pick up was chaotic, a hassle and costly longer than 10min. Condo Access: be prepared to wait at least 5-10min to get elevator. Condo Amenities: a) If you plan on doing any cooking, bring everything including salt/pepper and can opener for you're in an apartment and not a well stacked private property. b) Refrigerator kept shutting off on its own ruining stored food. c) Electric cooktop: after spending 10min figuring out how to turn it on, we texted VRBO contact who sent the site manager to fix, and after more trials, she made it work with an attitude. d) Supplies: for 1wk stay, 4 adults were only provided 6 coffee capsules but when asked for more, we were told those will cost $10/sleeve of 10. One roll of paper towels provided & had to buy more. Less than optimal quality supplies (toilet paper & detergents) for expensive rental. Never had those problems at other properties. e) Maintenance: we informed VRBO contact about slow toilet flushing but nothing done to fix. f) Soft mattress & old W/D

Comunication always speedy an on time. Easy Check in /out thanks to Debora Everyone was on time. Extern parking without problems. Lovly unit on the 42nd floor. Amazing view, nicely decorated, comfy beds, full funcional kitchen/washer/dryer. Beeing swiss I could always find some imperfections, but the big question is.... Would I come back...definatly! Thanks for a wunderfull stay at this nice unit.

Incredible experience

This property is amazing. Perfect for our 12 year old and 16 year old boys. Being on the 42nd floor, our views all around were unbelievable. The pool was relaxing. As long as we got to the pool by 11:00am, we got great lounge beds. The wait staff and valet were helpful. The check in was probably the toughest and sometime the key fobs wouldn’t work in the elevator. The hosts are awesome. Highly recommend this place.
