They refused to let me check in even though I paid online. They said they needed a credit card which is not written anywhere. They also asked for a $50 deposit which wasnt listed online as part of the price. Their email to me said 3pm check in but in person they said its 4pm check in.

Pro: - Very clean, every morning, the 11 - 3 floor is cleaned, and dirty towels are sent for laundry. - 24 x 7 reception and help - Clean Towels and blankets on demand - locker has locks provided Con: - There is a mandatory extra "resort" fee of 11$ per day (on top of Expedia prices) - Too many exits, with people keeping going in and out - The provided storage/locker have very small height, it can't hold bags bigger than laptop bags (so clothes and personal belongings are out in open.

The bed is cheap and perfect for us spending just one night in Miami to leave on a cruise the next day. The signage could be better, we had to rely in other travelers to find our way with the doors and navigating the place. There is a strong body odor scent throughout, but you get what you paid for. The location is perfect, right down the street from many bars and restaurants.

Excellent location 1 block from South Beach. Attentive staff, clean facilities, shared use of upscale kitchen & bathrooms. Bunk bed was sturdy and mattress comfortable. Linens clean. Spectacular rooftop pool just like the photos! Great vibe & reasonable price.

Only problem I had was with my deposit, my deposit was placed on someone else's credit card upon leaving, after a week it was returned.They said, evidently someone checked in with the same last name as mine. That's were the mistake took place. But I was refunded after a week.
