Warm welcome upon check-in. Great staff. However, didn't advise that the shuttle service was once per hour. There isn't an elevator and although I didn't have luggage, I do have a knee injury. Guests with luggage and more severe injuries, no access to an elevator can be problematic. This should be flagged before making the booking.

We stayed here for a layover until we caught the ship the next day. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. I enjoyed that there was a restaurant in the hotel and other food & shopping establishments close. The pool was very pretty during sunset. I will say the only negative was there was a damp carpet smell.
