Everything was great. Good to have options to cook if you like with the kitchenette and microwave. Having a fridge is also a great benefit. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

The parking lot was full of some dirty construction trucks and all asphalt was in white powder. The hotel smelled like weed. It’s horrible to stay there with a child. My stay was mixed. I’ll start with the positives: • The room cleaners were excellent. • The daytime security guard at the gate was professional and welcoming. • The lady at the breakfast area was very kind and attentive. Areas for improvement: • For a city hosting AFCON (which was the purpose of my visit), I expected to see some level of event awareness—such as banners or decorations in the lobby—but there were none. • As a hotel welcoming international guests, I expected more variety in food options. Unfortunately, several options were unavailable or closed. • I experienced unprofessional behavior from front desk staff on two separate occasions, which made the interactions uncomfortable. • During dinner, I requested food and a glass of water, but a bottle of water was brought instead. When I asked for it to be returned—since I already had bottled water in my room—I was told it could not be reversed because it had already been billed. Recommendation: With Morocco set to host the 2030 World Cup, it would be beneficial for hotels to be more open, guest-focused, and internationally minded. Staff training in professionalism and customer service would greatly improve the guest experience. P.S. The Front Desk Manager was very pleasant. However, guests should not be pressured to leave reviews before their stay is complete 😊

My family and I travel a lot, and this was hands down the best place we've ever stayed. My kids loved the pool, the huge park next door, and the rooms were so spacious and comfy. Free laundry was a lifesaver with two little ones who love the pool and park all day. Plus, free breakfast saved us some cash.

Had a great stay. The room was spotless and really comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy to cook. Overall a very good place and I’d definitely stay here again.
