Shuttle to airport stops @10 & is 20+ minutes away

Shuttle to airport stops @ 10pm & is 20 or more minutes away from the airport, even though it has airport in its name, which is a little deceptive. Plus, they're confusing people when there's five sonestas in the area and the illegitimate Uber driver Juan Sebastian Tabares moncado or Tabares moncado Juan Sebastian who solicited our business illegally at the Miami airport, took us to the wrong sonesta because he wouldn't give us time to verify the right address, so we had to pay a total of $40 to 2 Uber drivers for the free ride that sonesta simply suites falsely advertised we were supposed to get. Plus. They wouldn't let us cancel the room because we didn't cancel before 24 hours, meanwhile we only just booked the room 30 minutes before that based on getting the free shuttle. Besides all that, the room was awesome. Sergio the shuttle driver was awesome and The lady gave us two free cans of soda.

Very clean property and friendly staff. About a 5 min drive from Walmart, Sam’s club and plenty of restaurants! This is a hotel designed for longer stays, so they have kitchens in the rooms. The cleaners do a wonderful job at keeping the rooms and facilities clean. Would stay again! My only gripe is that I’m tall (6ft) toilets are pretty low, and the shower head doesn’t sit high at all. Other than that, no complaints.

Room was never cleaned my entire 7 nights there, obnoxious noise from other rooms and hallways. Strong odor of food / garbage at all times throughout hotel. $100 deposit was never mentioned, still have not recieved it back. Parking lot full of construction vehicles, dirt, garbage and debris. Lack of care from other residents…had two dents on the side of my car because people have lack of care of other’s belongings, asked for security video and was denied. Worst experience at a hotel I’ve had, would not recommend.
