Good, could be better. Second stay here.

Good could be better for the price. This was our second stay here and I feel like the first time was better so it may depend on the time and the room booked. We were disappointed that our room was not available when we checked in after 3pm. We were exhausted from a long trip and was hoping we could already get in our room and relax. They even charged us for the room at check-in so imagine my disgrace. I expressed that I was not happy with the situation so they upgraded us. But the upgrade was not that great either. The room looks updated but no view. Our original reservation had a view but looked old and outdated so we kept the upgrade. But the most disappointing of all is the noise level. The walls are thin and we can hear people talking in the hall and the room next to us. The housekeeping were great but the front desk could be friendlier except for 1 Filipino employee. We asked the day before if our rental car can get in the city and park while we load our luggages and we were told yes with no other info provided. At checkout we were told we need to register the car - that info could have been helpful when we asked the day before. The good thing about this place is the location for sure. Very central and walking distance to many places.

It is not worth what i paid for 1 night. It is overly priced for the room or the facility condition. Interior is old no one helped me in any kind just checked in and i never saw any one from the staff until i checked out. If it was 200$ a night i would be ok of the service but to pay around 500$ a night for that service i am very disappointed

We would stay here again

Our room was very nice . Location is perfect. Location is great for sightseeing & restaurants! THE ROOF - is EXCELLENT!! Employees are very friendly & helpful. One gentleman that worked there gave a us fantastic restaurant to try !! Our room was large & shower was excellent!! Walk in shower- not climbing into a tub ! Problems were no A/C , no shampoo in the shower & one TV remote didn’t work. The lack of airflow was uncomfortable to use. Other than that I would give it 5 stars

Room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures, and it was an upgraded room. Elevators are really slow, had to wait forever. Bathroom was the worst, they have the worst faucet design I’ve ever seen, kinda like a round flat knob that’s extremely hard to turn, my mom couldn’t turn off the water when the faucet is wet, and they use this same design on everything. Everything else i could tolerate, but I would not come back to this hotel purely because of the faucet.

This hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests needs. It is located in the city center, so most activities are at walkable distance. You can literally walk to the Duomo. If I’m ever back to Milan, I will book this hotel again

Very close to Duomo. Easy access, metro facilities very convenient. Room was clean & maintained to good standard. Very good breakfast. It would have been better if there was temperature control in individual rooms- had to leave window open as the room was warm- this made the noise from the traffic, trams etc unbearable especially during the night

Very international hotel. People from all over the world. Few blocks away from Duomo and 15min walk to high end shopping. Room had a weird smell and although room had two TV;s, both TV's where operating on a single remote, so if one person changed channel on his TV, the other TV would also change channel. Really bizarre and weird. Hangers in the closet did not stay on. Had to call and get regular normal hangers. Petty things i guess, but would be nice not to hear your wife and kids complain about it for 3 days. Breakfast is lovely.
