The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are clean. Great transportation links with a stop 1 min away from the hotel. Direct trams and bus to the duomo and the Central Station. Good dining options nearby. Will definitely stay here again if back to Milan

Staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were quite modern and kept clean. Only issue was the noise at night- the walls were quite thin so we could hear the next door neighbours. Other than that, it was quite pleasant.

Fine if you arr not a light sleeper

Small room, but that was expected and was fine for what I needed. It is not very well insulated relative to noise (with a lot of people getting together for food and drinks just next to it) so not for light sleepers…

The property is newly renovated. The staff is excellent. Yana, Elton and the rest were very accommodating, courteous and helpful. Just a few minutes by tram to Duomo. Definitely recommend this great place to anyone coming to Milan.

God placering og hjælpsomt personale

Vores oplevelse på hotellet var overordnet rigtig godt. Vi fik hjælp af personalet til at booke taxi, finde ud af offentlig transport m.m. og de virkede oprigtigt interesserede i at hjælpe os. Hotellet er godt placeret lidt udenfor centrum, men der er mange gode restauranter og butikker i nærheden - og et madmarked om lørdagen på pladsen udenfor. Der er et stoppested til sporvogne og busser lige udenfor, så det er rigtig nemt at komme rundt i Milano derfra. Værelset var pænt og rent, og der kom rengøringspersonale hver dag. Værelset var fint lydtæt ift. lyde ude fra gaden, men væggene ind mod naboen var meget tynde, så der var en del larm indimellem. Sengene var fine og der var ok plads på værelset - dog ikke til et længere ophold, men perfekt til en forlænget weekend.

Abbiamo soggiornata nell'hotel per poter andare ad un concerto al Fabrique prendendo solo un tram che passa vicino all'hotel. Personale gentile, distributore con acqua a disposizione. Purtroppo per tutto il tempo che siamo stati in stanza, tranne la notte, abbiamo avuto un cantiere con lavori attaccato alla finestra del bagno con rumori che rendevamo la permanenza in stanza impossibile. Anche la mattina dopo, che avevano promesso il silenzio per farci riposare, alle 9 di sabato era già ripreso il fracasso. Ci sono venuti incontro e ci hanno restituito una parte della cifra spesa però ci siamo rimasti cmq molto male. Il voto non è pessimo proprio considerando la gentilezza e il parziale rimborso.
