The Sheraton Malpensa is a great choice when you have an early flight out of Milan. The large, beautiful hotel is right across the street from the airport terminal. Our king room was modern, spacious, and beautiful. The bed was super comfy and came with 2 pillows for each of us in different densities. There’s a restaurant conveniently located on the property where we had dinner. Of course, the meal was overpriced, but the convenience for these weary travelers was worth it. I’d stay again at this lovely airport hotel.

When we arrived, we were told that we were not entitled to breakfast, even though I had paid in advance for 2 double rooms that included 4 breakfasts. The receptionist claimed that this was not mentioned in the reservation and demanded an additional payment, despite the fact that I had already paid and made the reservation in advance. How does such a thing happen? Another issue: it's unclear why the electricity in the room kept cutting off every moment. We had to keep leaving the shower to turn it back on. It was simply unclear.

Do yourself a favor and book this hotel!

I never leave reviews but my experience was honestly so pleasant I actually want to encourage other people to stay. I booked this hotel out of pure convenience because of a flight the next morning. But when I got into the hotel, the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff was noticeable. The room was so clean and comfortable, and appears to have been recently updated. The bathtub in my room was probably the longest bathtub I've ever personally seen and I was able to lay down fully in it without bending my legs. I even ordered room service for the first time in my life. I felt so relaxed and comfortable, my only wish was that I'd been able to enjoy it for longer!
