Check in. The fact there was really nobody staying at the hotel with eight cars in the lot. It was a total of 45 minutes to check in. The reason I was told is because they didn't have the room cleaned. Literally, I don't know why there wouldn't have clean rooms since there were so many available. I it was told to come back 25-30 minutes later and she would get a room available. Even then it took about 10 to 15 minutes just to check in.

we showed up at 4 pm trying to check in and the receptionist first told us that there was no rooms available even though we had 2 reservations, she said that some people were painting some rooms and that they were short on housekeeping staff, but that is not a reason to cancel our reservations, we requested to talk to the manager and she did not want us to talk to the manager but after talking to the manager he told her to give us the 2 rooms but we had to wait until 6 pm for them; this is not a way to treat customers at all, I will never stay there again
