When I booked the room on line it said free breakfast. Then when I got there and they said I get 20 percent off at the attaching IHOP instead of the free breakfast. No where on line did it say that. Then the air conditioner only worked a little. The room was warm and stuffy. Room 313. There were no directions on how to get ahold of the front desk On the phone. I pressed the button for the front desk and that did not work. There were no ice or soda machines on our floor. There was some I saw behind the check in desk. Which was a long way from our room. But was not told this. The pool and hot tube were shut down for service. I was not told that when I booked. The TV had so many missing channels and no guide except on the TV and those channels did not match the guide. Then when I checked in the bill I signed up for did not match the rate I booked in. They said I would get a rebate. After I checked out. I also did not get any email correspondence from them. So many things were bad. This is not the standard of a Holliday Inn.

I arrived at 3:30PM. the desk person was vcery rude and short in her answers I have been sleeping in hotels for 40 years for work.. this was a place I will never come back to or recommend

Very run down hotel for a Holiday Inn. Ripped chairs all over lobby and hallways. Only one elevator. Pool out of service. Only one ice machine that gave out watery ice. Felt very dirty. We won’t be back

Do not recommend

Check in is slow. Called the front desk when we arrived. No one answered. Our remote didn’t work and we went down to the front desk. She took it to the back and brought back the same remote with the same batteries. The pool was closed and we didn’t know until we arrived. It’s loud on the first floor. The rooms were not cleaned well.

Nice place but…

The hotel was nice, but the pool and hot tub were closed for mechanical issues and there was no hot water in the room for the sink or shower. We were not informed of any of these issues before getting to the property.

Hotel needs a little love

Restaurant is under renovations. Pool area has the A/C right over it which makes getting out of the pool uncomfortable. Room's A/C unit did not work well. Room stayed a steady 74-76 the entire time even if we switched the temp to below 70

I got two free drinks the staff kind & polite because took care of my over drafted payment, the staff kindly fixed 3 payments which I didn't pay, I did pay $450.00 , the gentleman kindly said those payments put back into account by this week

The staff was very friendly, polite, and very helpful. The IHOP had good food and great staff( its accessible from the hotel) The bottom of the bathroom door looked like it had suffered extreme water damage there was scuff marks on some of the furniture. The hot tub was out of service and looked like it had been for awhile. Overall a good experience.

No hot tub,

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hot tub is closed until further notice due to some irresponsible parents letting their young child(ren) shove objects into the jet holes. One person ruins it for everyone 🙄. Got up to our room and it was 56 degrees according to the thermostat. Lots of water spots and calcium buildup on the bathroom sink faucet, and shower fixtures and shower head.
