The exterior of the hotel looks very nice and inviting, but unfortunately, the experience was affected by the extremely thin walls. I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door—even when they were whispering. It made it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep. Soundproofing definitely needs improvement.

The clerks at the front desk were very nice and professional and so were the bellmen. Housekeeping was below par and because of the way they did not clean our room, I would not recommend this hotel.

Loved the property. It has two pools and hot tubs so its easily accessible from almost anywhere in the property. Loved the open area for kids to play. Rooms were clean and well kept. Just the vanity in the bathroom seemed a little too small for a family of 4.

The hotel was fine, but there were no dining options other than the over-priced hotel restaurant and coffee shop. Also, there was no Roku remote in the room, so while we could access the home screen, we could not use the service…perhaps because the hotel wants to drive customers to $20 on-demand movies.
