I liked the property, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant. What I didn’t like was that not only did I send a message to the hotel via Expedia requesting parking, I also phone the hotel directly to request parking and both times I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. When I checked in yesterday the clerk called the manager right away who told me that the parking was already full and that parking is only guaranteed if you book the park and fly package directly through their website. The manager was rude and condescending and did not even apologize for the misinformation provided by her own staff.

Only a few minutes from airport. Shuttle showed up right on time. Quick check in. Clean and comfortably. Only negative door lock was very stiff, had trouble every time we opened door.

Staff was good and transportation was reliable . Room was clean but dated 2 negative issues 1. Your shuttle is not clearly identified as the Sheridan Shuttle and we missed the first one and to wait 1/2 hour in the cold and. 2. Your restaurant closes at 11:00 and after a long day of travel we were looking forward to a Little refreshment and light meal
