Ainutlaatuinen tila! Kunnioitamme yksityisyyttÀsi. Sijaitsee Owasco-jÀrven itÀpuolella. Upeat nÀkymÀt jÀrvelle ja auringonlaskuille. Yhden makuuhuoneen queen-vuode, kylpyhuone ja tÀysin kalustettu keittiö. Oma sisÀÀnkÀynti, tÀmÀ on omistettu tila kotini toisella tasolla [13 askelmaa]. VAIHEET jÀrvelle, kyllÀ, sinun on oltava halukas kÀvelemÀÀn jÀrvelle ja jÀrveltÀ. TÀmÀ tila ei ole kaikille. Kansi ja kaasugrilli omaan kÀyttöösi. Mukava telakka jÀrven edessÀ, loistava veneilyyn, on 4-kajakkeja nautinnoksi, uimiseksi ja muuksi jÀrvenkÀyttöön. Minulla on 14 'alumiinivene ja kanootti myös sinun kÀyttöön. Tulipalo kaivosta ilta-nautinnoksi, kyllÀ -Olen puuta sinulle. Pari tai yksi henkilö, nukkuu kaksi. Kaikki uudet rakennukset, yksi uusi kuningatar sÀnky. Keittiö on valmis menemÀÀn, tuo vain ruokaa. As long as you are physically able to manage the steps (that the owner includes in the listing) this is an absolutely wonderful couple retreat place. The hosts were very friendly [including their 2 dogs :-)] and helpful, the view across the lake is gorgeous, everything was clean and neat and included all that we needed (or asked for in one case), was great to have the kayaks available to go out on the lake. The upstairs quite over the hosts' house was private. We used it as a place to stay while we celebrated Sandy's 73rd birthday and visited the Montezuma Wildlife Refuge - about 30 min away but the accommodations here were much more to our liking than any others we saw - The listing caught our eye as matching what we were looking for and it SURE DID.

Perfect. Rod and Carmella were great hosts. The unit was clean, cozy, and very comfortable with wonderful views of the lake. Amazing sunsets every evening. Easy 15-20 min drive to skaneateles. The walk to the lake/dock def requires some effort but easy enough for anyone in moderately good shape. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Rod and Carm were exceptional hosts! Very communicative, we got the run-down on where we’d be staying and all that would entail—their two dogs/greeters are so cute and friendly! Their property is beautiful and idyllic, a truly all-inclusive lake experience with kayaks and a dock, areas for dining on the deck or sitting and having coffee out on the dock over the water. The space where we stayed was clean and very comfortable for our stay—it had all the utilities we needed to accommodate our time there! One of our favorite stays for sure, we’d love to be back!

Restful View

Our studio rental was perfect! Comfy bed, great shower, and fluffly towels. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing anything! Just bring the food, beverages and condiments. However, coffee and coffee maker was provided. The bathroom was sparkling clean! We chose to engage our hosts Carmella and Rod. We had a lot of fun talking about the area. However, they are very respectful of privacy if you prefer. We will be back!

Beautiful

This place is absolutely beautiful. The view is so serene and peaceful. The room was very well kept as has everything you need. An oven, fridge, microwave, cookware dishware.The owners are very nice and made us feel extremely welcome. The town is close by with a nice little grocers. The fishing was successful just off their dock. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Spot

We had a really enjoyable weekend. It is under 20 mins from Skaneateles and is an easy drive. The place is very cozy and has a wonderful View of Owasco Lake. It had everything we needed at a very affordable rate.

Girls get away

We enjoyed the beautiful lake setting and views. The kayaking was super fun and easy to access once you got down the stairs! Great hiking at Fillmore Glen and Carpender Falls. Thank you to both Rod and Carmela for their hospitality!

Cozy house and amazing location

Rodney and Carmela are great hosts, had a very nice interaction with them. The apartment is cozy, we enjoyed meals on the terrace with the amazing view of the lake just in front. Kayaks available were definitely a plus!

Relaxing quiet yet close to other lakes, wineries and historical sites

Owners very easy to talk with , very welcoming. Rental view is gorgeous, beautiful view to wake up to every morning and sunsets in the evening. Accommodations comfortable and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Lake Get Away

We loved the location. Far away from any hint of city yet just a 20 minute drive from neat shops and great dining. The owners, Rod & Carmella, were awesome! The place is very clean. They were very generous with their space including use of the dock, kayaks and row boats. As their listing states...there is a lot of steps!!!! Totally worth the climb up and down to get to the dock! Vacation with a little exercise!

The glowing reviews are accurate. Lovely place, lovely hosts, lovely all around. Our trip highlight was kayaking into the sunset only to discover a nearly full moon rise on our way back to the dock.

Relaxing Getway

This was our 2nd time to this lovely lake retreat. We went for a long weekend last year and loved it so much we came back for a week this year. Rod and Carm are lovely helpful hosts.The accommodations are comfortable with a spectacular view of the lake. Just a great place to relax and recharge.
