Very easy access from the Hauptbahnhof (less than 5 minutes). The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and made us, as English speaking guests, feel welcome. It was an easy walk to the Marienplatz, shopping, several churches, restaurants, and the Deutsches Museum. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel is in a convenient area, but close to the bar and adult entertainment area. If you are not planning walking out late night, it would be totally fine. We just walked out for a dinner (at good restaurant that just 5 mins away from the hotel) then walked back around 9 PM. It was not that scary but if you travel with small kids, other area might be a better choice. However, my kid is already tween and she doesn’t have any issues with that. The staff were nice and polite. The bathroom is kinda small but very clean and effective. Nice bathtub and shower.

Don’t believe the negative reviews hotel lovely staff great and easy walking distance to shops bars and restaurants! Only thing that I disappointed with was the weather rained but never stopped use enjoying the beautiful city be back soon.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Al lado de la estación central y a 15-20 min de Marinzplatz y otras atracciones. Los cuartos limpios y un buen desayuno. Pero la entrada al hotel es por un callejón sucio y huele mal. En las noches, había gente tomada o drogada por ahí. También hay un strip club al lado.

Very expensive and no amenities. No hair conditioner, no coffee maker in the room, weak air conditioning circulation, pillows horrible horrendous pillows that can cause a headache after not sleeping all night. Due to health conditions, we asked for a small coffee maker, so we could have a coffee early in the morning without having to leave the room, but it was denied to us. They don’t care about you, they care only about themselves and the money. The room didn’t look like the one we reserved, they said it was Expedias fault. 🙁. All of our hotels, we reserved them with Expedia, now we are very concerned about what is going to happen with the rest of our reservations 🙁. We paid lots of money for this hotel and for the other ones too.

50th break

We spent 4 nights in Munich. We couldn't fault the hotel it was very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. Excellent breakfast. The area outside the hotel is rather seedy but handy to be near the main station to travel to other parts of the city We didn't eat locally and mostly went of an evening to the Marienplatz area. Would certainly recommend the hotel

This was a great place to stay the night coming directly from the Munich train station. Easy walk from train to hotel with many food options close by. The best part of the hotel was the swimming pool, which our 6 year old loved! We skipped the breakfast buffet as it was quite expensive and there are many cafes and bakeries close by.

Hotel was well positioned to the main train-station and i would say walkable into the town. It is also a bit back from the main drag so quiet enough at night. For me the check in process was very efficient and quick with the staff being friendly. Complimentry glass bottle of water for the room too, whats not to like?

The hotel itself is nice. Nice reception area. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, clean and roomy bathroom, wonderful shower with high water pressure. We had a refrigerator, but no coffee machine or water cooker. We requested a water cooker from reception and they delivered one to our room so we could make coffee/tea (but there were no cups so we drank it from the glasses in the room. The safe in our room (#216) did not work - we were disappointed in that. The hotel is located easy walking distance to the Hbf and the Viktualienmarkt and the pedestrian shopping street. The BMW Museum was accesible by the UBahn. Taxi from airport to hotel (before we knew about the UBahn) was VERY expensive. The area around the hotel was walkable but not nice (table dancing business and casinos nearby, as well as many people asking for money - sad). Breakfast at hotel cost more money than we wanted to spend - there are 3 coffee/bakery businesses within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and we enjoyed them!!

Close to the train station which was convenient. But the area is a bit sketchy. Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Pool was an added bonus on hot days. A 20 minute walk to centre of old town.
