I was staying for 3 nights in a Comfort Twin Room. Hotel location is good, it only took 10 minutes walk to the nearest Fushimi Station. The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the work desk, there is no leg room under the table. It's not good for a business trip.

ホテルが初めてで、タクシーで行ったがチェックアウト後駅まで歩こうとした。 フロントスタッフは、地図を渡し詳細に教えてくれたが、途中から、地下を通ることを進められた。地下は方向が判りにくくなるので初めての場合、通常は地上を歩くが細かく丁寧だったので信じて実行したところ、短時間でミスなく駅に到着。有難うございます。

Very comfortable and good room size near Nagano St

Very comfortable and good room size. Great locations and close proximity to Nagano Station and the local fish market. Plenty of superb food options! We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Nice property, comfy beds, larger sized rooms. Breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The property is unfortunately quite a walk away from the nearest subway station, difficult to pull luggage for such a distance. Not a whole lot in the area either.

Spacious and clean room, great location

The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. The staff were kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only small drawback was the parking situation, which could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

子供達にとって初めてのホテル宿泊でした。 部屋は清潔で大喜びしていました。 ただ、朝食はもう少し子供向けの種類があれば良かったかなと思います。 ホテルマンの対応は良かったですが、繁忙期だったので、対応が遅れがちと人数不足な感じだなと思っています。
