Overall a great Value Hotel and Nice Staff

Overall the hotel nice and staff were very nice and helpful. The wifi- internet did not work the entire time I was there which was my only real complaint.

My husband and I love Thais place. The people were amazing and so accommodating. Devonte and Omaha at the front desk were so helpful and approachable. They greeted us everyday and were very invested in making our stay enjoyable. They truly love what they do and take pride in their work. Breakfast every morning was great. Shakers, one of the wait staff was so ambitious and sang while she worked. The guest and I loved her positive spirit. Although I didn’t take names all the staff were so nice and professional from the bar tender to house keeping and maintenance. This is a great place to stay and such a short distance from Nashville we didn’t uber at all. I will totally stay here again

It was a close walk to downtown Nashville. Disappointed with the cleaning staff. Left nice tips and discovered that I forgot a few clothing items and they were mysteriously not found after making several inquiries.

We had a great stay! This was a last minute reservation and just happened to be driving by when we saw it. We went ahead and made the reservation. First, I would like to recognize Tony for his incredible customer service. He was extremely attentive. When he saw us looking around, he noticed us and approached us to ask what he could help with. Not only did he answer our questions in detail, he provided us with a lot of hotel info. We encountered him again later that night when he served us dinner in the restaurant area. Again, amazing customer service. Thank you Tony!! The hotel is nice, rooms are spacious and updated. Bed was not comfortable for is but that’s just a personal preference. The elevators to rooms and the parking garage require a room key so it’s pretty secure. Check in and check out were easy and quick. Don’t let its location navy to the highway deter you from staying here. Our room actually faced the highway and we didn’t even hear it. It was still peaceful.

The rooms are nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. The highway is a little noisy and new construction of the stadium is right next door. I didn’t find the woman at the front desk very friendly and accommodating. She gave us wrong information about the breakfast times and was not friendly at all. Some of the valet was good and others were on their phones and not paying attention to the requests for the car.

Great hotel, lovely staff! Just a bit further away for downtown than I expected. Felt super safe going in between hotel and downtown. Just a bit of inconvenience on the walk over the river all the time! Fantastic location for any NFL Games though!
