Everything was great at the hotel except the bartender was pretty rude. He was an older guy. He kept saying he has 25 years of experience whenever we asked him a question. Overly poor pop in my drink when I only asked for a Splash. The front desk was nice. The housekeeping was nice.

I really enjoyed being able to park in the parking garage then get out of my car and get on the elevator and go right up to my room. So convenient not too far of a walk to the Superdome when you are with super cool people!

We chose this hotel because of proximity to Amtrak. Hotel is very modern and very clean. Had dinner in restaurant and enjoyed the gumbo. Everything was really nice. We did not eat breakfast, so I can’t address that. The only negative, and this was NOT the hotel’s fault. During the middle of the night we received a phone call from someone purporting to be from front desk and asking for debit or credit card. Shortly after that, we received a text from hotel alerting guests to be aware of potential scam happening and advising that the hotel would never ask for payment over the telephone.Kudos to staff for staying on top of this. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

We had a late check in and the staff was so awesome. I called them before tonlet them know sonthey could add a note. When we arrived everything was ready for us. The staff gave us advice about how to get to the concert. The room was clean and the pillows were so fluffy. Overall great stay.

Hotel staff was super friendly. The breakfast at hotel was great. And the coffee at the coffee shop was a great way to start the day. Loved that housekeeping came to the room daily. The pool looked amazing unfortunately couldn’t fit a swim in this trip. The ac in the room blows directly on you in bed which is my only complaint and wasn’t a way to adjust it even on low it woke me up everytime it kicked in. Would definitely stay again if we return to NOLA.
