This hotel cancelled my stay because they couldn’t charge my card the morning of my reservation. Mind you I booked reserve now pay later. I’ve never paid until I got to the hotel. Shame on you Moxy

Bar was out of all our personal drink options…like Chardonnay. Bar had no wine glasses. Bartenders were AMAZING though! Room thermostat did not work, we asked for maintenance to come fix it, they never did. We froze! Location was good to the French quarter about 5-7min walk

The property's convenient location is its strength. The property's condition is a little tired, but appears fairly well maintained. I was booked into a "windowless" room. That was an odd surprise, but since I wasn't in the room much this trip and because I was traveling solo, it was fine. I suggest adding bottled water to the grab and go case in the lobby.

The hotel was an amazing location but the outside was sketchy and inside the hotel was so ungodly hot even in the room it never got a comfortable temperature.

We had the suite, but it felt like I was some bad apartment. One of the picture frame were missing the plexiglass. It was nothing at all like any of the Moxys I stayed at before. The hot coffee was iced cold and the room was 80 degrees despite having the AC pumping. It was a terrible experience for my first night in NOLA.

It was our first time in New Orleans and we arrived around lunch time so it was really awesome we were able to check in early. The staff were really nice throughout our stay too. Moxy ticked most our boxes so we were happy about that - comfy beds, clean towels and friendly staff. A free drink at the bar plus coffee and bakery item was a bonus. The only downside was that the wifi did not work for most of our stay. All in all we had a good stay. Thank you.

It's a minimalist hotel with no furnishings in the room. They have hooks on the wall to hsng your clothes. Nothing with drawers. My room was 79 degrees and 6 hours,after sending someone up twice to try to fix the ac they gave a room with a working AC I just checked out and have no idea what the final costs was because they don't print out a folio and you can't see it like most properties on your tv. They said they would email it to me. I checked out 2 hours ago I still don't see the receipt I attached a picture of the furniture. It felt like someone emptied their garage, left the plastic tool dolly, threw some hooks on the wall and a bed
