The hotel/room was very nice and clean. The view was horrible. My very first time in New Orleans and my window literally faced a brick wall. No view nothing just a wall. I would recommend not charging the same price for rooms with that view.

Be careful. This hotel overbooks. My room was changed to a different type of room. They considered a window view an upgrade rather than my original room, which I preferred. The staff was nice, but they cheery. They appeared overworked. Some of the lights in the room did not work. But the room was very clean.
