My only complaint is the 12pm late checkout for a Gold member. This isn’t much of a benefit given this is many hotels standard check out time and only 1 hr additional. In additions it is not guaranteed and I was put in hold and seems like a reluctantly was given the extra hr. Marriot provides a 4pm check out. Hilton has subnifsnclty devalued their honors program which makes me lean towards Marriott often even if I like Hilton typically better as a whole.

For our NYC plans the location was great. easy walking to many sites and only 2 blocks from the Subway. The hotel itself, is typical for a big city. More heads in beds equals more revenue. As a result the rooms are VERY SMALL. With two queen beds there is nowhere to put luggage. Washroom had no vanity so nowhere to put toiletries. When moved to a king room the space was marginally better. Check in at our location was awkward. arriving at ground level towing luggage you have to go to the second floor for actual check in. With only 3 elevators in a 44 story building, much time is spent waiting. And waiting. The holding area for luggage is quite small so there is luggage also held at the check in desk. Felt bad for the staff as they were having to trip over bags. Clean and convenient location get the votes. Nothing else.

Elevator access was a pain, since there are only 3 elevators for 40 floors, resulting in 5-10 minute waits. The bed and pillows were too firm and uncomfortable, the walls were thin to where I could easily hear the ice machine, the room next door, and jangling keys in the hallway. For $250/night, and a hotel near Wall St, I expected more.

Great stay

Check-in at 4pm; got there at 4:30pm but room wasn’t ready. Fortunately only had to wait 10-15 mins. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Good amenities. Only issue was the wait for the elevator, but that seems par for the course with sizable hotels and small elevators.

This property was a pleasant surprise. Location is wonderful, rooms clean and comfortable, and I love that there is a great lounge area. Modern finishes is also a plus. The only negative is that during busier times of the day, there can be a wait for the elevator.

Nice clean but small rooms which were renovated everything was in working order only negative is waiting for the elevators which were constantly full even though there were 3 of them. Very easy to walk to dining and to subway. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Dirty old hotel. Only 3 elevators. Had to wait over 10 minutes for the elevator. Rooms and beds were small. No fridge. There was a collier that you had to put ice. When opened water was leaking. Our suitcase got wet because of that. Rude staff. We had 4 rooms and everyone was dissapointed.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and how nice and welcoming the staff were. I didn’t like the elevator service. Property need more elevators. We had to wait at-least 20 minutes for an elevator that wasn’t full.
