We very much enjoyed our stay. There was many food options around the area along with transportation options. We also enjoyed the scenery all around! Our only concern would probably be the elevators.. we did have to wait a pretty long time to get up and down from our room

I’ve stayed in Hilton branded hotels numerous times, so know what to expect in terms of brand standards. The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff were polite and friendly and the room attendant was thorough. What let the hotel down is the lift service which was terrible. For a hotel with 44 floors, all 3 lifts should always be in service; when there is a fault, the lift contractor should have a strict contractual SLA in place for repair. Guests lost a lot of time just waiting around on the lifts. I was on the 37th floor and so taking the stairs wasn't an option unless there was an evacuation. Also having no complimentary bottled water in the room was a surprise.

Very nice place to stay, good location in the Financial District. Rooms seem fairly small, but okay for a person traveling alone. Elevators are painfully slow.
