The room was not spotless and they forgot to restock tissues and toiletries. The shower door did not close all the way so it leaked on the floor and hot water was not the best. With that said, the staff was top notch. From the guys/security when you walked in the building to front desk check in and the other staff we net thet were fantastic. It was our first time in New York and this place definitely made us feel welcome to start our adventure for the weekend.

Positives: comfy bed, easy enough location, nice front desk staff, overall clean room minus the one thing below Negatives: Long black hair on my towel first thing when I got in, walls are paper thin so could hear people next to me like they were in my room, my TV was broken (they fixed it which I appreciated so I didn’t have to move rooms), elevator button on 36th floor was broken so would have to go down to 35th floor to call elevator. Would I stay there again? Yes. Would I be excited about it? Meh

Seven days stay, the location is great. Room was cleaned eve day which was great. But there are some savings that I do not understand: The hotel does not provide the typical, two bottles of water per room per nigh. That's the reason I do not give a 5. That's so cheap why they bother?
