It was only me traveling so, the room being tiny was not an issue at all, but there was no mini fridge no microwave and my AC/heater unit was not working. I had to have a tech come in five times to turn it on.

Great stay for my first time in NYC. Convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Free “welcome drink” on your first night of your stay which was kind. They had a spacious comfy lounge/ seating area that I was able to out in before my trip back to the airport which was very convenient. They also held my bags after checkout so I didn’t have to lug them around the city on my last day. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This hotel was very quaint and convenient to our points of interest near Times Square. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating at all times (Michael at the front desk was the best!). Our accomodations were clean, cozy, and met my sleeping needs greatly. The hotel lobby, free popcorn, terrace and convenient marketplace was also great; I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Staff is outstanding. Great value for the stay not only for the room but the bar/food. Excellent location. Shower is a hand held clipped to a bar that you can adjust in height. Beds and pillows were comfy. Room was quiet from adjacent rooms and clean but needed a little work (loud HVAC unit, lights out) but this did not impact my stay or impression of the property. Would 100% stay here again.
