My stay at Voco Hotel NYC was amazing from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, modern, and so comfortable, with beautiful city views. The location was perfect — close to great food, shopping, and transportation. I especially appreciated the small touches that made my stay feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Voco to friends and family!

I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. But the parking needs to be specified. They don’t have their own parking. The rooms are really small and there’s not even a mini fridge in the rooms. The room description says Citi view but all I could see was the back of a building. I will not stay here again because it was overpriced for what’s offered. But I was treated very well by staff. Therefore I am ok with my stay.

Expect to wait in lines for elevator, or getting water, check in and check out. Buy water outside of the hotel, if you buy it there - you may have to wait 20 min just to check out. Also - very noisy area so you will want to have ear plugs. Especially with middle of the night trash pickup.
