Fist when getting in our room we didn’t have a remote for the TV . Called to front desk about 3x and about a hr later they both another remote. Secondly we didn’t have any wash cloths to wash with so we called to the front desk again and after another hour we finally got our wash cloths. The bad part about this is we had a prior engagement to be to at a certain time so with that being said we didn’t make our engagement on time due to waiting on wash cloths.. So I got up the next morning and ask the cleaning person why they didn’t put any wash cloths in my room and they said we ran out of towels and wash cloths that’s why I didn’t get any in our room. WOW

Worst Stay with family

I rarely leave reviews, but our stay at Park Central Hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. The moment we entered our room, we were hit by a nasty, musty smell coming from both the room and the bathroom—it was absolutely unbearable. The linens were dirty, clearly not fresh, and the carpet had visible hairs and dirt, making it impossible to feel comfortable, let alone let kids walk around. To make matters worse, the front desk lady was shockingly rude and unwelcoming. She acted as though guests were an inconvenience rather than people she was supposed to assist. This place is not at all worthy of the price or the reputation it pretends to have. If you’re traveling with family, especially kids, I would strongly advise against staying here. We couldn’t wait to check out.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, comfortable, modern, great location to attractions and subway, great service, we didn’t hear outside street noises with window closed.
