Room and staff were awesome. The bed was pretty good. The thermostat was touchy and didn’t really deliver heat until the middle of the night or very early morning. Otherwise, the place was great!

The room was on the smaller end but the place was clean. Staff was kind and helpful. The price and extra charges of the hotel was expensive for the level of service received. Really you are playing for the location. Can see time square depending on the room booked. It was a great location close to time square. Due to Christmas holiday season, the room price was inflated. Due to this reason, I would not book again. But had a good one night stay.

Spent at least 2 hours of our 2 days in NY waiting for the elevators in this place. During the busiest time of the day, they shut an elevator down and it can only be used by people eating breakfast at the hotel. Dumbest setup ever. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be back

The rooms clean and just enough space for my family a four to sleep comfortable. This is one our favorite hotels to stay in when we go to NYC for the holidays. Oh, and the music in the elevators is a good touch.

Everything from the nice person at the front desk to how spotless the hotel is. Purchased snacks, and a late lunch from the little restaurant and it was great, fresh and the people were nice. They were rooms filled all around me and you would never know that there was anyone else there. It’s so quiet.
