This hotel was very nice! Bee enjoyed our stay and each employee was helpful and courteous…I mean each one! The location is very nice and very close to the theaters. Our first experience at a RIU hotel was with Triana at check in. She was so sweet, kind and informative. 💕

An absolute gem in the heart of Times Square!

The check-in process was easy. The location can’t be beat. The room was immaculate, clean, modern and well appointed - even including complimentary bottled water which is rare these days but SO appreciated!! The front desk picked up immediately and answered a question I had when I called down. Great view from my window. Super impressed with this hotel!!

It was a very smooth experience. Checkin and checkout. Very good grab and go options luggage storage service helped us a lot. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Decent hotel Excellent location

We stayed at Hotel Riu Manhattan Times Square. Check in went smooth enough. The room was clean. The beds were clean and well made. Breakfast time was always busy. There were a lot of breakfast options. If you want gluten free then you have to ask the host or hostess. They had lots of towels which was good. They also serviced the room everyday which was great. The hotel was excellent proximity to Broadway,MoMA, One Summitt Vanderbilt, and so much more. There are tons of coffee shops pizza places and restaurants in the area. There was no kettle or tea in the room which I have found is common in NYC hotels. The hotel decor was beautiful and clearly Broadway inspired.

Great for Family NYC Visit

This hotel was perfect for our family of 5. The 2 queen beds with a sofa bed was an ideal set up, and the included breakfast was wonderful. Great location to all the spots we wanted to see. Will definitely be back!
