I have stayed here a couple of times for short trips to New York. I love the staff; they are always welcoming. The rooms are super comfortable and clean, with fun decor. It's a great boutique hotel. Not many amenities just focus on the room itselfs, There's a good bar for drinks next door, and it's easy to walk around Midtown.

There was a rat in the closet of our original room. The hotel then moved us to a room with no AC for what they said would only be one night. The last night they moved us again to a room that also didn’t have AC. The hotel staff tried their best to be as understanding and possible but I must say I had a terrible experience. When moved to the third room I asked the front desk to see what was going on with the AC and to move us to a room with AC and they never sent someone up to check.

the whole process was easy. i didn't have a single problem. my new go to in manhattan. ask for a room with a balcony if you can. rlly makes the experience better. i loved every part of the experience. got extra pillows minutes after asking. everybody was friendly.

There’s much to like about this hotel, and the staff are excellent. But I can’t recommend the room I had due to its tiny bathroom, which just wasn’t very functional. The sink bowl was smaller than a sheet of paper, and there was zero shelf space for any toiletries. (Two minuscule shelves had a tissue box and an extra roll of toilet paper, which I moved into the bedroom to create even a small space for my toothpaste and deodorant.) Much too like about the hotel overall, but the bathroom was enough of an annoyance that I wouldn’t stay there again.

Highly recommend… just returned from a wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Really appreciated the late checkout option (3:00pm) for later flights. A block to Grand Central station to get you anywhere via subway and walking distance (1-2 miles) from many sites. Felt safe walking the area at night and had plenty of food options nearby. Will definitely stay here again!
