Clean and comfort with nice touch of hospitality. We were impressed and appreciated the room cleaning lady kept our room cleaned with nice touch by organizing my kido bed with their beanie friends. Front desk reps are friendly and supportive. They helped us to set up taxi drive to airport with a flat rate which cheaper than Uber. The bed and bath are modern and simple design with great comforts. Location is 6min walking distance for MAT subway station. Will stay again next trip.

Check in was smooth! My card was charged for 1 night a day before arrival, which I didn’t like because that’s not mentioned when booking-sometimes people like to use a different card when checking in not the one used to reserve. Other than this, check in was smooth. The front desk rep even called our room 30 mins after check in time ask if our room met our expectations and if there were any concerns. Although the area isn’t the safest, the stay was good.
