We never got to see it. Our flight was cancelled so we are still stuck in Phoenix therefore missing our cruise. When I called in the advise the hotel that we would not be there the lady that we were dealing with was very rude. We mentioned that we had purchased the insurance but she still would ot entertain giving us a refund. Something about calling in before 11PM. We were busy trying to get another flight so that we could make our cruise going out today Tuesday. Sadly, we were unsuccessful since the earliest we could get a flight was Wednesday.
