There was no cleaning done in my room. I asked for housekeeping, and the next day they told me the request was never made. On top of that, I asked for clean towels, and they never brought them either. The breakfast tasted like it was reheated from the day before, and the orange juice tasted old.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this property. We encountered multiple issues that made the experience far below expectations. Our room only had three pillows for two guests, and the bedding and mattress were extremely worn and uncomfortable. It was so bad that I moved to the tiny loveseat in the room in attempt to find a bit of comfort. More concerning was the cleanliness: we found feces on the toilet paper when we arrived, which was extremely upsetting. Throughout the stay, there was no hot water, so we were not able to shower. Our door lock was also broken and had to be replaced, which caused delays and raised safety concerns. The shuttle service was unreliable — it left without us even though we called ahead, confirmed the time, and arrived early, which resulted in unnecessary stress and additional transportation costs. Overall, the combination of cleanliness issues, poor maintenance, and service failures made this a very disappointing stay. I would not return to this location. I have reached out to management twice with no response.

The room was nice but it has scratches and cracks all over. There was no way to adjust the thermostat either. I wasn’t notified that I had to be on a list for the airport shuttle and when the shuttle driver told me about it when I tried to board, he was very rude.
