Not worth the money spent.

The rooms are not clean. The couch in the room is probably from day one the hotel opened. It was nasty. It is very old furniture. We had almost $400 per night, and the bottle of water was $5 in the room. I have stayed in Hilton hotels in other parts of the world, they provide snacks and water for free. Only in Canada they can charge $90/ night for parking, $400/night for room and $5/ bottle of water.

I was upgraded to a beautiful corner suite with views of the Falls. Everything I wanted to do was in the complex with no need to go outside. I came to see a show and enjoyed it immensely.

We loved the Hilton! The view of the falls was amazing and you can see it from every area of the hotel- the room, the pool, the restaurant. It was a short walk to the falls.

Went to the Hilton because of the pool and hot tub looked nice, then to find out you had to book a time to use it. Booked a time and went to the hot tub to then see the hot tub to have one or two large family’s in it a there and no seats left. Over crowded and disappointed. We ended up not even going in to use the pool. The pool area was closed the next morning as well. The rooms are a bit dated, the line to check is was long, the only nice thing was being able to walk to the falls and the casino. The staff were very friendly and did try to assist our complaints but there was nothing that they could really do.

Our overall stay was very good , the location and the hotel facilities were amazing but the turn off was in the room cleaning service , it was only about making up the beds , there was a huge difference between the overall cleanliness of the Hotel facilities which was spot on and the room itself, it was clear that the floors needed to be vacuumed and cleaned as well as the air quality inside the rooms (my son is allergic so he is very sensitive to that).

Amazing view, close to the Falls view, all attractions near by but at the same time cool , quite place. The lady at the Tuck shop during evening shift was very helpfull, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed glue to repair my only pair of shoes that needed some craftwork. All shuttle drivers and parking agents were very friendly, helpfull and came from variety of background with experience. I was charged $250 extra for just one parking. I spoke with the front desk and hope it will settle. I got room for 2 night stays , but the room service was not provided for the second day . Other than that we will stay again here as the staff and place is great.
