It is within walking distance of the falls and all the area attractions and restaurants. The onsite restaurants are great- especially for breakfast. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and parking is great. The only issue we had was trying to get an elevator. They really could use more elevators.

Clean but pricey

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Restaurants were just ok, a bit overpriced but not surprising for a casino. Breakfast buffet was not good at all. Was surprised for an additional $50 resort fee at checkout.

Overall a good stay

Overall it was a good stay. The signage could be better as well as the self parking situation for people staying at the hotel. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Can’t see the falls directly and we were on the 22nd floor. Can see the mist rising from where the falls are located. The area around the hotel was surprisingly run down we thought. Was sad really.

Rooms themselves were a bit outdated, smoking casino entrance is right by the front door so the minute you walk in you’re hit with the smell of smoke. Staff were very lovely but I’ve had better stays elsewhere. However, given the area around Niagara this just might be as good as it gets.

The rooms were terrific. I don't usually sleep well in hotels, but this was probably the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. My only complaint was that there was a very large parking lot closed off which made it difficult to get to the hotel lobby for my elderly mother, who was still recovering from hip surgery and using a walker.
