The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and also the spa treatments. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is the outdoor pool space, the pool is great but there isn’t enough places for all guests while there are many unoccupied tables, my expectation is that it would be versatile according to the hour in the day

I love this property. Since I first stayed at the hotel 6 years ago, I appreciate the area around, especially since the underground was built and you can easily get here from airport. The rooms a big and stylish. Beds are comfy. Stuff is super kind and personal. Design, once been on a cutting edge, still looks appealing.

Room layouts were odd. No chair in room, TV not easily visible from bed, twin bed arrangements were too complex due to built in headboard on wall- rest of hotel was good. Didnt use restaurant as didnt want Italian food.

Had a lovely stay at the property. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The hotel location is perfect, walking distance from everything. The breakfast was delicious and the superior room is spacious. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

My Wife and I throughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this hotel. The property is well located in Nice, has some great amenities such as the rooftop pool and spa that are underpinned and supported by friendly and attentive hotel colleagues to guest needs.

It is a lovely hotel in a nice area... great for travelling to and from Nice airport as an exit to the tram stop is just outside the hotel..i had a treatment in the spa.... i gave a low score overall and for staff based on my initial contact with one member of staff as i approached the hotel.. he did not greet me as i approached, in fact he attempted to block my access to the hotel.. i had to say to him, "Excuse me!! I have a reservation here!!"..i was smart casual, in jeans and a blazer ..perhaps it was because i was not dragging Louis Vuitton luggage or just plain racism which is funny as the person blocking me was of N. African descent. This same person was fawning over a guest that pulled up to the front of the hotel in a sports car...With that initial interaction, i had to give a lower score as it spoilt my overall experience so i will probably not return.
