Fabulous location for the promenade, shops, bars and restaurants. Trams run right outside, 10 mins leisurely walk to the station and tram link to the airport is 5 mins away. A lovely little boutique hotel.

We had the balcony room. Only one in the hotel. It was pretty incredible to sit out there each night and watch the people. The location cant be beat!! The staff was always friendly. The room could definitely use some work. Door knobs falling off, almost no hot water and just the over all condition of the workmanship. This hotel has soooo much potential. Just needs a bit of TLC. Overall i would stay hear again for the price point.

Perfect Last-Minute Stay in Nice: We booked this hotel last minute for a quick stay in Nice, and it was absolutely perfect! The price was very affordable, and they made the experience even better with an easy early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. Although the room was small, it was exactly what we were looking for—clean, cozy, and ideal for a short pop-in stay. Great hotel took some finding just a door in the wall no parking outside ended up carrying suitcase from car park but when you opened the shutters the fountain was 100 feet away amazing
