Welcome to La Prom 1, a charming two-level apartment right on the iconic Promenade des Anglais, steps from major bus routes for easy access around Nice. Situated on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, La Prom offers a unique layout with bedrooms on the upper level: the main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom doubles as a cozy TV lounge with a sofa bed for two.

Downstairs, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a dining area, sofa bed, and direct access to a private balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean waves. Perfect for families, friends, or couples, La Prom lets you enjoy Nice’s beauty and the Riviera lifestyle in a prime location.

For those arriving late at night, we also offer the convenience of a secure key box, allowing for flexible, self-check-in anytime. Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:
Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)
Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€
Late Check in between 11pm and midnight = 45€
The early check in fee and late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.
