Everything was awful. The pullout couch bed had a hole in the mattress and the frame wouldn't stay upright. Our TV didn't work and we told the front desk clerk. He said that someone would look at it tomorrow. There was lipstick smeared all over our door. The AC unit sounded like an air pump and was loud each time it kicked on. There was not breakfast. Our entire hallway and room smelled like marijuana due to another guest and we had 3 children with us. Completely unacceptable service and experience.

The first room they assigned me had some problems but they were super accommodating and gave me a new room with no problems. This hotel isn’t as terrible as these reviews say. I’ve stayed 2 times in a month and had had all my issues taken care of in a timely manner if not right away!

We had issues with the cleaning staff being really loud at 8am. So asked them to please try and keep it down. They continued to be loud by playing music and talking to each other. Have never had staff be so inconsiderate of the guests. Also throughout the night you could hear the side door slamming and people getting ice. And our room was quite a ways down from that area. The hotel is in terrible disrepair. It is old and dilapidated. The room was not very clean. The amenities are non-existent. The website says continental breakfast. I asked and was given a paper bag with an orange and a package of crackers. There is no lit signage so it was had to find the hotel at night. There is hardly any staff. The front desk had no one at it when I checked in. I was able to find the clerk after a few yells. Same thing in the morning when I checked out. Don't bother renovating. Tear the place down. The bugs in my room can find another home. No security either. Guy doing drugs in his car outside my room was a little scary.

The staff person at the front desk was rude and COMPLETELY unhelpful. I tried to get a hold of management and couldn't. I ledt several written messages, and got nothing. This is among the WORST experiences I have had with a hotel!!!

Parking was ok. Our sink had little bugs crawling around it. I found bug in my bed in the morning and had little water pressure in shower.

Don't stay here!

It was under construction. My room was not clean. Mold everywhere in the shower area. I've been a long time hotel.com customer, not happy with this one. No breakfast either, no coffee in lobby area. I left at 6:45 am for my conference didnt even see any employees.
