My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! There were many positives, including a spacious room (and the kitchen was stocked with things like cooking equipment/blender/cutlery/ice cube trays to name a few), the bed was comfortable, great air conditioning, helpful/friendly staff, nice pools with lots of chairs, great wifi all over, quiet nightlife at the resort (which we enjoyed), a 5 minute walk to gorgeous Eagle Beach, as well as relatively short walks to local restaurants! I'll share what we thought were the downsides too: the couch isn't very comfortable, the TVs aren't smart TV's, no cold showers (only warm or hot water), inconsistent housekeeping (our room seemed to be sporadically checked and it was random in terms of what was replaced or restocked), the 2 restaurants onsite had only mediocre food, and the room could use a deep clean--on the surface it looked clean, but at closer inspection it was pretty dusty and right after check-in too we walked around our room bare foot and the bottoms of our feet were black. The positives very much outweighed the negatives for us though, and overall we had a great time here! :)

Not like a first time, I have been on 2023. I was expecting the best service. In my birthday even I did not receive any notification from the staff.When I reserved I paid for breakfast for my trip but if you order from menu in the Double Dawn they charge you extra it shouldn’t be that., but they’re increased the prices. The best thing it was a supermarket which was a close to the resort . The cleaning lady never changed bedsheets for 7 days. She didn’t do good her duty. I never come back again.

We had a large two bedroom room that was cleaned everyday. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Eagle looks just like the pictures. We will definitely stay at Eagle again. The only thing I would not do again is include breakfast in our stay . The breakfast menu is too small. Especially for non pork eating people.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The only complaint I might have is the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The blinds needed to be dusted and when the daily cleaners came in, all they did was make the beds and replenish towels. They didn't clean the bathroom mirror, the shower or the floors. I would recommend Eagle Aruba to everyone!!

Overall the stay was not bad. We enjoyed the pool, and our room was pretty clean. But the bed was not comfortable and creaked every time we turned over, the water was super hot in the bathroom, but never got hot in the kitchen sink to sufficiently wash the dishes. Also, when we tried to do yoga Monday morning, we were told by an activities person that it was on the beach. We walked to the beach only to find out it was actually by the pool. We ate at Double Down the hotel restaurant. It was okay, but definitely nothing to write home about. Typical American burgers, cheesesteak, wings. We liked that there was a Dunkin’ Donuts on site though.
