Waited 30 to check in.with only 2 people doing check in. When one finished we stepped up and were told to wait and he left. Waited for the last person being checked in to be finished. Whole process 30 minutes with only 1 person in libe from the second we walked in. Get into the court yard..blasting music ..we couldn't even sit at the main bar while our room was prepped. It was to loud.went to the indoor bar to eat.went back to see if our room was ready..packed full check in area.ughh another 30 minutes. Really..get into the room and no towels..called front desk and they said room service will bring them. Ok.went to eat dinner.come back ..no towels. Had to call again..ughh.mean time my wife noticed and a frw people we talked to noticed also a sewer smell...upon checking maps a water treatment plant is right diwn the street. I didn't notice the smell but others did. We wont be back. As this was a trial for a different resort to stay at.we wont be back

I wish they have more access to the lobby from Our room you have to walk for like 2 minutes and limited dining inside the property.

We had a phenomenal time during our stay at Eagle Aruba. It was amazing to have multiple pools at our doorstep and the option to never really leave. The slide was certainly a big hit for kids and adults! If you go, make sure you check out the Carnival dinner!

My stay at the Eagle was great, the room was clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos online when booking the room. The only down part was the air conditioner was on the entire time. You’re not allowed to change the temperature. Other than that, everything else was amazing. The beach was beautiful and walking distance from the hotel. The food and drinks were great too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aruba.

Enjoyed my visit at this resort. Food options were good options for family, with more elegant dining options nearby. 3 great pools that never felt crowded. Could always get a chair. Beach was a quick walk, staff member there to give resort guests chairs. Lots of options for water sports on the beach and could order food and drinks from the beach. 25-30 minute walk to palm beach area which is more lively with more food and shopping options. Eagle beach was more quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful time in Aruba and enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Eagle Aruba Resort in April 2025. Kids loved the pools and water slide. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was not fancy, but comfortable and clean. Air conditioning and WiFi worked well. The tap water was clean and tasted good. Great for filling water bottles for our daily excursions. The free washer and dryer located near the ice/ vending machines was convenient. Food at Tony's Pizza and Double Down was good (not great). The pull out couch was not comfortable. While on the beach, the smell from the waste water treatment plant was very unpleasant when the wind was blowing from the north west (could not smell the plant on the resort).

Very nice hotel. Love that the rooms have a living room, kitchen and a bedroom. They are very open and sunny. The housekeeping personnel are very kind and helpful. Definitely would return.

Clean. The pools were fantastic and my kids didn’t want to get out. Close to Eagle Beach. Main issue was food options. Much to expensive in resort for the quality and necessary to drive to more economical options good for kids.

From the resort, it is only a short walk to the beach. The entertainment in the evening was wonderful, with convenient seating around pool and bar. Several dining options in and nearby the property. I will definitely be booking another stay at the resort.

Room was great. The pools were awesome. Everyone as pleasant and helpful. Easy to get a taxi and helped me get to the beach with a golf cart. Nice entertainment.
